7.4/10

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Reno, making it easy to explore. The rooms, however, felt a bit run down and not properly fumigated. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but I did face some issues that took time to resolve. The dining was not great, with limited and pricey options. Overall, it was decent but not ideal due to some of the room conditions and dining experiences.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were a little on the pricy side and felt a bit stripped down. There were also some smoking rooms that didn't smell properly fumigated, which was disappointing.
Service
9.0
The service was excellent, with staff who were warm and helpful throughout my stay. They really did their best to help solve any problems I had.
Location
10.0
The hotel is in a great location, right near the 'Reno's biggest little city' sign and central to the city, making it very convenient to get around.
Dining

I found the dining options quite terrible, as they were too expensive with not enough variety. It really didn't meet my expectations.
Facilities
7.0
I didn’t get a chance to use many facilities, but the overall cleanliness and basic amenities were adequate.

6.4/10

The hotel is located in a convenient area, which was nice enough, and I had a great view from my room on the 24th floor. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, I found the noise level to be quite bothersome at night with guests partying. The service from most staff was friendly, but my check-in experience could have been better. Overall, the hotel needs some upgrades, which makes it hard to justify returning to this particular location.

Rooms
7.0
The room was very clean and comfortable, but I struggled with the bright lights on the third floor that lit up my room with a pink glow and the noise from guests who were partying.
Service
6.0
Most of the staff were extremely friendly, but I had a less than ideal experience at check-in. They need to improve their communication as well, as I overheard some noise from staff talking amongst themselves.
Location
6.0
The location is convenient and close to everything, but it feels a bit run down and could use a serious upgrade.
Dining
7.0
I enjoyed the dining options, especially Brew Brothers for a quick bite, but I had a terrible experience with one restaurant that closed earlier than expected.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel has decent facilities, but again, they need some renovations to make everything feel more modern and welcoming.

Overall, the hotel offers decent value for money, but there is room for improvement in some areas.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to have some great features, like a nice mountain view and comfortable rooms with a fridge and microwave. The service was generally welcoming, though they didn't have specific accommodations for motorcycles. The location was convenient for exploring Reno, but the dining options weren't quite as advertised, which was a letdown. Overall, it offered decent value for money despite a few downsides.

Rooms

The room was nice and included a California king bed, along with a great view of the mountains. It came equipped with a fridge and microwave, which was convenient. However, I had to change rooms on my second day due to the odor from the shared door with pot smoke.

Location
9.0
The location was fantastic for walking around Reno and catching evening fireworks. It was also convenient for visiting the nearby Hannah Motor Museum.
Dining

The dining variety was good, but I was disappointed when a meal that was advertised as $16.99 turned out to be $22.99, and it didn’t feel much better than a standard buffet.
Facilities

The amenities were decent, but there wasn't anything that really stood out. I hoped for more considering the overall experience.
